  • IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 2000 on all serviceable pin codes.

  • HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

While placing your order you will find an image for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may refer  the same and find your perfect size.

  • HOW TO PLACE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
  1. Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of 1 product.
  2. Rs 50 per product reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of more than 1 T-shirt.
  3. Rs 100 per product reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of more than 1 Sweatshirt/ Hoodie.

Note: Products bought under CLEARANCE SALE cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

In case of EXCHANGE : Flat fee of Rs 100 will have to be paid in advance in case of exchange, per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

The order usually takes 8-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at hello@urbandrift.in

  • HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 4-6 working days, you can write to us at hello@urbandrift.com. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a Cash on delivery fee of INR 50/- on all COD orders.

  • MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at hello@urbandrift.in

 We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.

  • DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
