SHIPPING

Shipping Rates
•We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For COD orders an additional fee of Rs. 50 is applicable.

Note: In some areas, extra shipping charges of Rs 50 is charged due to courier restrictions. This is applicable for both Prepaid and COD orders.

Order Processing
•We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 4-5 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.

Shipping Time
•For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 8-10 days.

There could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances. 

RETURN / EXCHANGE

  • Easy Returns & Exchanges: You have 5 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. It will take an additional 5-7 days for the returned items to reach us.
  • Reverse Pick-Up Services: We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience.
  • Return & Exchange can only be done once. 

In case of REFUND :

  • Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of 1 product.
  • Rs 50 per product reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of more than 1 T-shirt.
  • Rs 100 per product reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of more than 1 Sweatshirt/ Hoodie.

In case of EXCHANGE : Flat fee of Rs 100 will have to be paid in advance in case of exchange, per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Pick-Up Attempts: Our courier will attempt to pick up your shipment thrice. If unsuccessful, you will need to notify us so that we can raise the request again.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done on the UPI ID/ bank account details given by you while filling the form.
  • Return Condition: Please return products in the same condition as received. Refunds will not be issued for items returned in poor condition or clearly worn.
  • Processing Time: Allow 7 days for return processing and the refund to appear in your bank account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

We are available Monday-Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm. All pending queries will be prioritized the next day.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Prepaid order Cancellations: For prepaid orders, if the order is cancelled after 24 hours/ or after it has been dispatched, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. If the Prepaid order is canceled by customer at the time of delivery, Refund will be done once the shipment reaches us, after deducting Rs 100 Courier charges,
  • Non-Returnable Products: To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks. Urban Drift may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bank Account Details: The bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. Any errors in the provided details are not the responsibility of the brand.
  • Non delivery of Prepaid Shipment: If any prepaid shipment is undelivered due to wrong mobile number of incorrect address provided by the buyer, Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Re-delivery of Prepaid Shipment: If any prepaid shipment is undelivered due to wrong mobile number of incorrect address provided by the buyer, and buyer requests for re-attempt of delivery, Rs 100 will be charged as reverse shipment charges.
  • Order Delivery Issues: If you receive an SMS or email indicating your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • Product Care: Customers are required to take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession. This includes maintaining all instructions, documents, and wrappings and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • Product Issues: If you believe the product does not meet the expected standards upon delivery, contact us promptly via:
    • Email: hello@urbandrift.in ( Provide details of the pro duct and its condition within 1 day of receiving it along with the product image. We will then provide you with further instructions.)
  • Refund Process: Once the product is returned, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, typically within 10-15 working days from the date we confirm your eligibility via email.
